Farmer’s market

Leipzig has many weekly markets. The most famous one takes place every Tuesday and Friday at the market square. Visit a market and find fresh vegetables or fruits that were grown in the Leipzig region.

If the weekly market is not open on this day, search for locally grown products in a grocery store.
