In front of the Hanseviertel, a 13-ton granite globe floats on a film of water, the largest of its kind in Western Europe. Engraved on it are the trade routes of Hamburg's shipping companies. Time for connecting the world across oceans, literally.
The globe stood in the basement of the Hanseviertel from 2012 and has been in front of the main entrance since 2024. It weighs as much as ten small cars, yet one hand can move it, because it floats on a thin film of water.
Choose a route on the globe that means something to your team. One person follows it with a finger without lifting it, while the others turn the globe. Film the entire voyage from the port of departure to the destination.
