Frankfurt is also called Mainhattan because it is the only German city with a skyline. Visit Downtown Mainhattan and experience the feeling of standing between these giants.
With its 56 floors and height of 256 meters, the Commerzbank Tower is the tallest building in Germany. It was designed by the star architect Sir Norman Foster. The Frankfurt Europaturm, which is the second tallest structure in Germany behind the Berlin Television Tower, reaches an even greater height of 337 meters, but it is a telecommunications tower and not a high-rise building.
