Adolf Loos wrote the famous manifesto "Ornament and Crime." He was convinced that architecture must function without unnecessary decoration. The Loos House stands in direct contrast to the magnificent Hofburg opposite.

Become Loos designers! Find an overloaded ornament on the Hofburg (directly opposite). Sketch a Loos version of it on a piece of paper: reduce the ornament to its simplest, geometric form. Take a photo of your team with the sketch in front of the Hofburg.
