Porcelain Glockenspiel
In the famous Mädlerpassage, there is a beautiful Glockenspiel (carillon), made of Meissner porcelain. It plays a melody every hour on the hour.
Meissner porcelain is a type of fine porcelain that originated in the early 18th century in the town of Meissen. It holds historical significance as one of the first true porcelain manufacturers in Europe.
