We are looking for leaders for our team-building events in the following cities:

• Berlin
• München
• Hamburg
• Köln
• Frankfurt
• Freiburg
• Mannheim
• Leipzig
• Nürnberg

What we offer:

• We are a young, dynamic team, in which we bring a lot of trust to each other. We have flat hierarchies, meet each other at eye level and maintain a respectful interaction with each other.
• We offer a payment of 90 Euros per event.

You're probably wondering what such an event looks like and what you have to do. Your task is to prepare the material and bring it to the starting point. There you prepare the teams for the game and motivate them. Afterwards, the teams will be on the move in the city for 2 hours. During this time, the teams collect evidence with their smartphones when they complete challenges. You are then the judge by checking off the evidence as completed and possibly sending a message to the teams. At the end, you meet the teams again, evaluate the event with them and collect their experiences. Overall, an event lasts 2.5 to 3 hours.

In terms of the work relationship, we are currently open as to whether you would like to work as a freelancer and we settle per event by invoice, or whether we think together in the direction of an employment relationship.
