Turn your next team day into an unforgettable adventure with an Urban Challenger scavenger hunt through Karlsruhe! This fan-shaped city in Baden offers a unique mix of baroque architecture, innovative tech culture, and green spaces waiting to be explored.

With over 30 creative challenges, your team will discover hidden corners around the Schloss, navigate the famous fan-shaped streets, and interact with local culture in surprising ways. Whether you're composing a poem at the Botanical Garden or staging a flash mob on Marktplatz – you decide which challenges to tackle for the highest score. Strengthen your team spirit while experiencing Karlsruhe from a completely new perspective!

Effortless Teamevent Planning: Tailored to Your Needs

2.5 Hours – Customizable
Our team event is designed to last a total of 2.5 hours. The schedule is as follows:
- 15 minutes: A warm welcome, a brief introduction to the game and app, and team assignments.
- 2 hours: The active game time. Your teams will be out in the city, solving creative challenges.
- 15 minutes: A group wrap-up with an awards ceremony and a breakdown of the results.
Need a different schedule? No problem! We can flexibly adapt the schedule to your needs. Just let us know your requirements.
Flexible start/end location
While you have complete freedom, Schlossplatz stands out as our most popular and recommended starting location – right in front of Karlsruhe Palace, the point where all 32 fan streets converge, just a few minutes' walk from Marktplatz and Kaiserstraße.
To offer you maximum flexibility in your planning, we are happy to adapt the start and end points to your schedule. For example, you can begin the event right at your office or hotel and finish at a restaurant of your choice. This flexibility applies to the entire city.

The team from Zahnarztpraxis Meyer traveled from Lamstedt to Hamburg to take on the Urban Challenger. With great enthusiasm and humor, the teams tackled creative challenges, solving tricky tasks with impressive skill. In the end, Team "Summay" won with 110 points, taking home the well-deserved trophy. The event not only strengthened team spirit but also proved that the best team-building experiences happen when you step out of your comfort zone.

Fashion, Fun & Fierce Competition: About You Takes on Urban Challenger

Hamburg-based fashion e-commerce company About You kicked off their Christmas party with an Urban Challenger game led by a remote Game Host. Teams dashed through the city's historic Speicherstadt, accompanied by their office dogs—including the aptly named "Paw-some Hustlers" team. The competition was fierce, with multiple teams scoring above 90 points and "The Winners" reaching an impressive 112 points, just shy of Hamburg's record.

Live Game Host

The on-site game host will brief your team, explain the rules, familiarize you with the app, and get you started. As you explore the city, the host will live-check the evidence you submit in the app to verify successful completion of each challenge. Finally, after the game has ended, the game host will meet with your team again to announce the winners.

Conference program, scavenger hunt Karlsruhe, and you know what, this city is like a fan and I mean LITERALLY, all streets radiate from the palace like rays, and when we saw it from above everyone was speechless. At the market square the Pyramid, beneath which the city founder Karl Wilhelm is buried, NOBODY on our team knew that. Then Silly Walk down Kaiserstraße, a dog followed along, and barefoot in the castle garden it was so nice that Nina said: I could live here. Flashmob at the market square, three people joined, and tried ordering something in Badisch, the baker laughed. 72 points, no protest, only enthusiasm!

Company outing, city rally Karlsruhe. Started at the palace, saw the fan-shaped city layout from above: impressive. At the market square photographed the famous Pyramid, the city's founder is buried beneath it. Barefoot in the castle garden, pleasant. During the Silly Walk on Kaiserstraße a businessman briefly joined and then acted like nothing happened. Passed the ZKM, the Center for Art and Media, which makes the city an art hub. 76 points. Entry was permitted, result was good.

Team building workshop and scavenger hunt through Karlsruhe, and I have to say: AMAZING! Started at Schlossplatz where the palace opens the city like a fan, and the city layout is actually fan-shaped, how cool is that! Silly Walk through Kaiserstraße, passersby laughed, at the flashmob on the market square in front of the Pyramid four strangers clapped along, and barefoot in the castle garden was perfect in that weather. Tried saying "Griaß Gott" in Badisch dialect, the saleswoman said it sounds almost real. ALMOST. 88 points and Karlsruhe has way more to offer than you'd think!
